The plays selected to compete in the 13th International Academic Drama Festival are announced. The festival will be held from April 30-May 8, 2010 in Tehran, Iran.

A panel of experts short-listed 39 plays into 13 works which were submitted by different drama educational groups in the country. In addition, 6 other works were selected to be considered in the international section of the festival.

The works are "Of One Who is There No More| by Asghar Nouri and directed by Hussein Mirzamohammadi submitted of Nabi Akram University in Tabriz, "What Vladimir and Estragon Went through" penned and directed by Siavash Tayebtaher and Meisam Hassan Zadeh of Tonekabon branch of the Islamic Azad University, and "Wind shook the Glass" by Mehdi Koushki and directed by Amir Delfani of Arak branch of the Islamic Azad University." Parallel Hang-around" by Payam Larian of Tehran University and the "Collection" by Sanaz Asadi and directed by Sarvar Arabpour of Cinema/Drama School are other short-listed works of the festival.

The festival will run for nine days from April 30 to May 8, 2010 in Tehran.
