Ruhozi is a form of theater traditionally performed in Iran.The special form is called ruhozi because it used to be performed on a platform set up on top of a hoz (pools in the center of courtyard with shallow water) in traditional houses.

The main character will be a black painted face called kakasiah.

Because of funny character kaka had he could touch issues not usually dared by ordinary persons in kings courts.

The style is still being used as a part of Iranian pop art.
