Tehran’s Sadabad Cultural Historical Complex is hosting an art and cultural festival named “From Be’that to Birth” commemorating the day Muhammad (S) was appointed to Prophethood until the anniversary of the birth of Imam Mahdi (AS).The festival, which opened on July 20, features several programs including events for honoring veterans of

art and culture, displaying traditional ceremonies of different Iranian ethnic groups, as well as exhibitions of paintings and handicrafts.

An exhibition of religious symbols by Iranian masters dating back to the Qajar era as well as an exhibition of tile work is also on display.

The complex is also exhibiting a large tile work measuring 60 x 60cm bearing the sacred name of Imam Ali (AS).

Regional music performances and paintings stations are also arranged for the visitors. The exhibit will run through August 7.
