A group of Iranian bands and six bands coming from Armenia, India Azerbaijan, Netherlands, Slovakia and Greece competed in different halls in Tehran during the event, which ran from February 21 to 27.]]>
The award-giving ceremony was held with the participation of Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini, Deputy Culture Minister for Artistic Affairs Hamid Shahabadi, and a group of veterans.]]>
The collection was chosen by 50 experts and the jury is reviewing the final list, he added. The two cities of Zanjan in Zanjan Province and Birjand in South Khorasan Province will be hosting the provincial sections of the festival, opening on February 6 and 7 respectively. Several provincial veteran poets are scheduled to be honored during the program.]]>
The Award's secretary Masoud Farshi-farid said:" The works submitted to the award's secretariat were in a great level of quality and quantity." As the new section of Print project's management was added to the contest he added:" Print industry fellows have welcomed the section very warmly." Moreover the entrepreneurship section was added to the award as well, he said adding the 100 projects were submitted to the section.
As the works will be assessed some 30 works will be shortlisted as the winners. The 10th Print Festival Contest will be held in 3 sections; "Management of print projects", "Print methods and processes" and "Entrepreneurship".]]>
The final ceremony of the festival will be held on 24th of Mehr 1389 in Farshchian Talar in Isfahan.]]>
The Iranian Artists Forum, Niavaran Cultural Center, Saba Art and Cultural Institute, Tehran’s Palestine Museum of Contemporary Art, along with the art centers in 20 other provinces will be hosting the event, the public relations office of the festival reported on Saturday. Six foreign countries of Austria, Italy, Syria, France, the Netherlands and Ghana will be joining Iran in displaying Iranian visual artworks during the festival. ]]>
