The fiction section of the award is an important one and we are after reexamination of the works after the Jalal Award," added Ali Ojabi.

Tthe secretary of the award said the reassessment will take place by the judges of the Jalal Award and some newly-appointed judges. He highlighted the parallel nature of the Jalal and Book of the Year awards in fiction section.

Secretariat director of Howzeh (religious seminaries) Book of the Year Festival said the first session to finalize decisions about the award winners will be held on December 30 and the laureates will be announced by January 3.

Dr. Alireza Zahiri said some sessions will be held tomorrow to decide upon the winners of four categories of the award. At least 2 winners will be announces in each category. As he said it is planned to finalize assessments for

Secretariat of the 10th Book of the Season Award has released the final list of the winners of the award.

3722 title of books published during the summe were submitted to the secretariat of the festival r. The closing ceremony is currently going on in the House of the Literati. 

In the 10th edition of the festival 9 winners were announced and 36 works were considered praiseworthy.

The secretariat of the Islamic Republic of Iran 17th International Book of the Year Prize announced that 48 foreign and 16 domestic books have been short listed for the title. These books have been analyzed in two sections by the jury: Islamic studies and Iranian studies
